What I thought about the book
I love Florida, and the Destin area is one of the areas I'd like to explore more, some day. My oldest son has always had an interest in extreme weather, and would like to be a storm chaser himself (I'm not sure if that will ever happen, but it is his dream). For these two reasons, I found this story enjoyable, and fun to read.
Because it also talked about divorce, and forgiveness for the hurt that causes, I found it even more powerful than I thought it'd be (since I've "been there, done that"). I was surprised to find I needed a few tissues.
I definitely recommend this book! I passed this one on to my daughter, too.
