“Not” Back-to-School Blog Hop: Curriculum Week

A couple weeks ago, when I participated in the Back to Homeschool Blog Hop. One of those days, I discussed some of our favorite curriculum items. I didn't really cover what else we plan for the year.

The Bible Story, our morning devotional time.

Genesis through Deuteronomy & Ancient Egypt, from Simply Charlotte Mason. We'll be using other resources with this, such as Boy of the Pyramids; Letters From Egypt; The Cat of Bubastes; A Cry From Egypt; History of the Ancient World; and filling in our Books of Centuries/Timeline books. We will also be reading from the Bible, obviously, as well as reading/listening to audio book Patriarchs and Prophets.
