Today I am grateful for my 19 year old son.
Tuesday he washed my bedroom windows! Now it is easier to see the garden swing and the dogwood tree, from which hang the bird feeders, out my window. It's easier to see the birds when they come to the feeders.
He's also a working man! He seems to be very well-liked at work. It makes a mother's heart swell with pride. He helps pay for some of the household bills, and occasionally treats us to a meal out. Almost makes it worth putting up with his attitude at home! ;-)
I love you forever, son!
Pin It Now!
I can't even imagine my boys as 19 year olds, but I do hope they will grow to be good men. It sounds like your son is a good combination of thoughtful and responsible.
ReplyDeleteWell, I dont know how responsible it is to hibernate in his room practically the whole time he is at home, listening to music, or sit and watch TV while his siblings try to do schoolwork, or have to be asked numerous times to do something before he will finally do it .. LOL
ReplyDeleteAh, but I love him, passionately, anyway!! ;-)
