About the book

Shelley Shepard Gray’s first book in her Charmed Amish Life series is set in the quaint Amish village of Charm, Ohio, and tells the stories of the Kinsinger siblings who are each struggling to find both forgiveness and love in the face of tragedy.

What I thought about the book

I found A Son's Vow to be a fairly quick read, and enjoyable. Sometimes it was rather emotional; meaning, you may want to have your box of tissues handy. I know how one's grief/anger/pain can deeply hurt the rest of the family when it is inappropriately displayed.
