July Blogging Challenge, Day 2

I will be attempting to join my friends, Lynn (at This Day Hath Great Potential) and Jennifer (at A Glimpse of Our Life) for a daily blogging challenge. It may prove quite the challenge, since we are on vacation a lot of the month, but we'll give it a go!

Day 1 we were to introduce ourselves. I'd like to direct you to my introduction (on the HS Philosophy tab above) for that.

Day 2: Favorite quote.

Really?? Only one? ;-) It's so hard to choose just one.

"Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord." Psalm 27:14.

This has been one of my favorite Scripture verses for probably at least 35 years. Sometimes it is hard to remember to just wait on the Lord; I often get impatient, and rush ahead of Him.
