We discovered that pests were devouring my beautiful kale; and had laid eggs all over it. We discarded it.

They finally came and removed the rest of their equipment...
...and left this mess behind.
I am so frustrated and disgusted with the destruction they have left behind!!
Little Bit has discovered the fun and joy of Instagram, and has begun taking nearly daily photos of the garden box...and tagging his sister in the photos when he posts them.
We had to go to Baton Rouge again today, to meet up with my brother and his family, to
get rid of deliver Botanist Boy to them, so they could take him with them to Florida for a couple weeks. Tim took us.
We met them at Bass Pro. Tim was happy to do that, so he could look around, especially at bows.
Afterward, we stopped at Cracker Barrel for a bite to eat.
At least this time we didn't have to drive in any rain! I'm praying my brother and family have a safe drive to Florida. I'll be missing my boy, though.

We love Bass Pro shop! We recently got a Cabelas here, but I think I still like Bass Pro better. :-)
