It seems like I keep forgetting to post my menu plan. Hopefully I can get back in to the habit of posting it here. It certainly saves me time and energy later on, when I do remember to make and post a weekly menu! ;-)
Our proposed menu plan for this week:
Sunday:
Ultimate Pizza (one will be with tomato-less sauce, and cheese-less sauce)
Monday:
Vegetable stir-fry
Tuesday:
Lentil Tostados
Wednesday:
Mexican Pan Fry
Thursday:
Macaroni and Cheese
Friday:
Cottage cheese, corn on the cob, tomato slices
Sabbath:
Spaghetti, garlic bread, salad
