Even though the week is basically half over, I'll post our menu plan anyway. It just helps keep me better organized.
Sunday:
Dinner out, to celebrate dsd's birthday
Monday:
Tomato, cheese, alfalfa sprout sandwiches
Tuesday:
Therapy Day
Wednesday:
Carrot Peanut Butter Roast, peas
Thursday:
Macaroni and Cheese, coleslaw
Friday:
Beans, sweet potato souffle, corn muffins
Sabbath:
Lasagna, garlic bread, salad
