Well, my daughter just made my life easier for me!! She took a brief class on menu-planning last week, so now has nearly a month's worth of menus planned out! Pretty cool!!
Sunday:
Eggs and toast
Leftover spaghetti for some; quesadillas or sandwiches for others (in other words, fend for yourself!)
PBJ sandwiches
Monday:
Buttermilk Pecan Waffles
Pizza
Fruit smoothies, tuna salad sandwiches (mock tuna salad sandwiches for some)
Tuesday:
Biscuits and egg gravy
Therapy day
Grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato soup
Wednesday:
Baked oatmeal, vegetarian sausage links
Macaroni & Cheese, glazed carrots
Crockpot potatoes, pineapple/cottage cheese salad
Thursday:
Granola, fruit
Quesadillas
Egg salad sandwiches, fruit
Friday:
Cinnamon rolls, vegetarian breakfast strips
Peanut Butter Carrot Roast, peas
Fruit salad, muffins
Sabbath:
Eggs, toast, bacon/vegetarian bacon
Lasagna, salad, garlic bread
Sandwiches, fruit

Sounds like a yummy week! I admire you, it must be quite a task putting together menu plans for a family with such diverse diets and health challenges. Not to mention I'm sure there are plenty of personal preferences in there as well! How fun that your daughter was able to help out with the menu planning.
