Did you ever wonder where the robins go?

Did you ever wonder where the robins go for the winter?

Lately our yard has been full of them! One of our favorite things to do around here is watch the birds. We have birdfeeders, seed bells, a suet cage out for the birds. Our most common visitors are: chickadees, titmice, cardinals, red bellied woodpeckers, mourning doves, a pair of turtle doves, finches, and covies of bobwhites. Oh, and of course, the squirrels I mentioned several months ago!

What a wonderful way to incorporate nature study into our daily lives! My mother and I want to add more feeders, and plant a butterfly/hummingbird garden.

Pin It Now!
