Saturday night, at the camp, Timothy purchased one of those glowing necklace things (to use as a halo!). It was quite distracting in the car, as I was driving home....but, oh, well!
When we got home, he introduced Milo, our cat, to it. I guess he placed it around him--it was very loose. It freaked the cat, though! And he bit it, to try to get it off.
Wow!!! Suddenly he was frantic! And he was snorting, to get the powder out of his nose and mouth. He even started foaming at the mouth! Poor thing was so scared! Of course, now we were scared, too! Was this stuff toxic to cats? Or not?
I took a bottle of water and poured it on his mouth and nose, to wash the powder off. Soon he stopped foaming at the mouth.
I went to bed, because I was so tired. Dan and Timothy were going to stay up awhile longer, to keep an eye on Milo. I lay there, praying for this cat. Then the Lord impressed me to get some charcoal into him. So, we poked a capsule of charcoal down his throat.
He seemed fine through the night.
Can anyone tell me, is that stuff toxic for animals? Is it even safe for kids???
