2. Today, hubby and his daughter are headed up to the hospital to see his mother. She's been in the hospital a month now, and things aren't looking too well for her. From the sounds of it, more of the grandchildren will be arriving throughout the weekend. The boys and I may make a trip up, too.
3. This "generation in between" is tough sometimes...watching our parents grow older; watching their peers begin to die. Watching our peers begin to lose their parents. And yet, still we have children to raise, and/or young adults to nurture.
4. I hope I'll be able to see the movie, "Old Fashioned," next weekend. (I wrote about it)
5. Botanist Boy is preparing to drive. Yikes! Hubby took him out to practice driving (on back roads!) last weekend. Yeah; I'll gladly let hubby be in charge of that! I'm still trying to wrap my brain around the fact he's old enough to be learning to drive! Oh, my heart! (Yes, Miranda, I'd like that rewind button, too!)

My 3rd son is getting ready to learn to drive as well. It does get a little easier but not much! LOL
