Random 5 on Friday, January 10

1. This week was cold! The boys had to really bundle up to go tend our livestock. Tuesday morning, the donkey had frost on his rump!

2. The young Whooping Cranes arrived at their destination on my birthday! (I was able to watch online) Tomorrow night (January 11), NBC Nightly News will have a story about the Whooping Cranes, and Operation Migration. That's January 11, NBC Nightly News, 5:30 p.m. Eastern time.

3. Today, Botanist Boy kind of went on a "cleaning frenzy" in his bedroom (which he shares with Little Bit), and even managed to get the vacuum cleaner to work! So he vacuumed the whole house even!

4. My hubby's sister-in-law is in the hospital, in critical condition, and could really use some prayers right now.

5. I started back on my exercise regimen this week; well, at least I am attempting it!
