Our questions for this week:
What types of inclement weather did you have to deal with as a child? Have you ever been through a monster blizzard, hurricane, tornado? How did your family handle it?
Snow, rain, ice. Obviously we've lived in hurricane country a few times, tornado country a few times, blizzard country a few times. I don't remember any special preparations we made, during my childhood.
What states have you lived in? If you could relocate to anywhere in the U.S., where would it be? Why?
Ummm, well, are you sure that is a question you really want to ask? For how long do you wish to read today?
Here goes!!
- Indiana
- Michigan
- North Carolina
- Texas
- Alabama
- Louisiana
- Tennessee
- New York (for just a few months)
- Kansas
- British Columbia (for just a few months)
- Montana
- Washington (for just a few months)
- Florida
- Mississippi
States I have not visited are:
- Maine
- Vermont
- New Hampshire
- Rhode Island
- Hawaii
World traveler? Not really. Just extensively throughout the U.S.
If I could choose anywhere in the US to live? I think SE Tennessee. I love the mountains there!
But hubby wouldn't move even that far north! ;-) So, if I must choose a location where hubby would also agree to, I would choose Florida, in the Ocala/Gainesville area. Because this is where my folks are, and some very, very dear friends whom we miss very much. And we had such good medical care for my two special needs children.
Or perhaps near the coast in Georgia or South Carolina. Not really sure why, except we kind of like being somewhat close to the beach.

Pin It Now!
Wow - you've lived a bunch of places. I've made it to 29 of the fifty states. Then Canada and Mexico. I hope to see all fifty some day - would really love to go to Alaska...
